1. Agreement
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
2. Products and availability
Products are made in small batches and may sell out. Photos are examples, and handmade products may vary in color, shape, size, and appearance. We may change the menu, ingredients, availability, prices, pickup times, delivery areas, and order limits at any time before an order is accepted.
3. Cottage-food disclosure
THIS PRODUCT WAS PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION.
Product labels and online listings provide required information. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, allergen notices, storage instructions, and safe-handling information before purchasing and consuming a product.
4. Ingredients and allergens
Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens. The kitchen is not an allergen-free facility. Ingredient suppliers and recipes may change. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, contact us before ordering. Do not consume a product if its label conflicts with your needs or if you are uncertain about an ingredient.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation shows that we received your request, but we may cancel or decline an order because of availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, safety concerns, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount we charged for the canceled item.
6. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are listed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges are shown before payment when available. Stripe processes payments. You authorize the charge shown at checkout and represent that you are permitted to use the payment method provided.
7. Pickup and delivery
Orders are available only through the pickup or local delivery options stated at checkout or in the order confirmation. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information, be available during the confirmed window, and follow pickup instructions. Responsibility for an order passes to the customer when it is picked up or delivered to the provided location. We are not responsible for loss, theft, spoilage, or damage after completed pickup or delivery.
8. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Food and beverage products are perishable and made for confirmed orders. All sales are final once preparation begins, except when required by law or when we cancel an order. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change or cancellation. We do not guarantee that changes can be made.
If an item is missing, incorrect, or materially defective when received, email team@everittventures.com within 24 hours with your order number, a description, and a photo when applicable. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
9. Storage and consumption
Follow the storage, refrigeration, freezing, reheating, expiration, and safe-handling instructions supplied with the product. Do not consume food that appears spoiled, damaged, improperly stored, or left outside safe temperatures.
10. Large and custom orders
Large, office, event, and custom orders may require separate pricing, a deposit, earlier notice, and written terms. A request is not accepted until we confirm it in writing and receive any required payment.
11. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse payment systems, copy protected brand materials for commercial use, or submit false or harmful information.
